This study aims to recognize and evaluate the
effectiveness of the “ODA” on the recipient countries, which is often suffering
from a shortage of its capital accumulation, and facing a Deeping imbalance in
its economic structures. Using the Palestinian economy as an empirical case
study for the recipient developing countries, and also as a one of the largest
recipients ODA, especially during the last two decades.Where the study has
found that, there is a different reflections of the “ODA” on the recipient
economies, and there was a negative impact of the ODA on the structures and
capabilities of the Palestinian economy
