Arab Planning Institute (API) helda Training Program, entitled “Methodsof Evaluating Efficiency and Effectiveness in the Public Sector”upon a request from Ministry of Education, during the period 5-7 June, 2022.
The program aimed to introduce theparticipants to public administration systems and develop their capabilitiesaround contemporary models in the field of measuring administrative efficiencyand effectiveness in work organizations and developing their skills in thisaspect, with the aim of developing performance and institutional excellence.
